Black Child Paralyzed by DC Government: The Value of Black Life, Ariana – Leilani

After six years of paralysis by the DC Government (including the Mayor’s office, Health Department, Child and Family Services, DC Police Department and DC Public School), we have been bringing each of members of the DC City Council up to date on the life threatening issues of 11 year old Ariana-Leilani. She has been suffering for six years from untreated Severe Chronic Neutropenia (SCN) – a rare potentially fatal low immunity condition (like AIDS) that can lead to her death in as little as 18 hours from a common infection. No qualified physician has disputed Prof Dr. Karl Welte’s expert opinion regarding her medical condition and its seriousness.
