Virginia Attorney General Cuccinelli Targeting Child Trafficking: Will he put prosecuting Arlington County officials on top of his list??

Recent reports indicate that Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli and the Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) hosted a first-of-its-kind (in Virginia) all-day training seminar on human trafficking as part of the ongoing effort by the attorney general, law enforcement, and advocacy groups to target and prosecute human trafficking in the commonwealth.   This is applauded.

The first place to start is Arlington County Child Protective Services, the small groups of Guardian Ad Litems along with conflicted Alexandria SCAN/CASA, and the Arlington County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
