Recently, the DC City Council adopted Ward 3 Councilmember Mary Cheh ‘s bill to prevent cruelty to animals by exterminating and animal control workers.    While that is to be applauded, its time for the Washington DC City Council place the same (or greater) focus on getting a better, more effective, and less corrupt Child Protective Services Agency in place.   Other initiatives should including making information in the City’s files more freely available to parents about their kids. Don’t parents have rights too?  Who is going to police the DC Child Protection Agencies other than the parents?

DC: Deadly for kids, great for wild animals.
